Performance Update + Effects (Windows & Mac)

+ Updated Sounds

+ Updated Animations

+ Moved LOW PERFORMANCE MODE to Options Menu (turn this on if you are experiencing any lag but please reach out so I can fix it!)

+ Removed moving backgrounds for now (plain black at the moment) as this was causing issues on multiple different PC's

+ Tweaked collision box's

+ Updated HP bars to show enemy max HP as well
